Return & Refund Policy
We strive to ensure that all products such as hair oil, hair colour, amla powder, aloe vera gel, gulkand, hibiscus powder, indigo powder, and similar items reach you in perfect condition. Please read the policy carefully:
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or handling by the customer are not eligible for return.
3. Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer.
4. Replacement
- If preferred, a replacement will be provided for eligible items instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.
5. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, return shipping will be arranged or reimbursed.
- For any other approved returns, shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

- Natural products may vary slightly in color, texture, or fragrance; such variations are not considered defects.
